Lionel Messi, the captain of Inter Miami, has listed his goals from his spectacular career thus far, including those he scored in the Champions League and World Cup finals.

Messi won his eighth Ballon d’Or after Argentina’s victory at the World Cup last December.

The captain of Argentina defeated players like Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain and Erling Haaland of Manchester City to earn the prize.

During an interview with France Football, Messi was asked to name his best goal out of his more than 800 career goals.

The veteran forward said: “Well, I always say that special goals are the important thing to have scored in the Champions League final, to have now scored in the final of the World Cup.”

He added, “I don’t know, a goal that I always remember and I don’t go much for the goal and for what the goals mean.

“It’s the goal against Real Madrid, which we beat 2-0 in that Champions League semi-final in the Bernabeu. The most significant goals are the more important ones.”
